How do I select the right size for me?
A good place to start is with our Sizing Guide which will tell you all about the fits of our Motionwear brands!
If you purchase an item and you are not happy with the size, you are more than welcome to return it to us, subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions. Return shipping costs will be at your expense, and we will not send out a new size until we have received the original item back.
A number of our lines are limited edition orders, and so there will be limited sizes available.
What if I order something that is out of stock?
We will not display items that are out of stock, so you will only be able to order items that are available. If your size is not available, then you will not be able to select that size.
If you would like to order something that is currently not in stock, simply get in touch with us with your wish list via our Contact Us tab.
How much will delivery cost me?
The cost of your order will depend on the size of your order, t and the type of delivery service that you have selected. We will always show you the delivery cost before you check out.
For large custom orders, we will advise you of the domestic postage when we quote your order. The cost of international shipping from America is included in the cost of the item.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders get shipping within 24 hours of payment, except for orders paying with bank deposit and pre-orders. Bank deposits may take 2-3 business days to clear. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
How long will it take to get to me?
For custom orders, we suggest a timeframe of at least 3-4 weeks for the factory in the States to receive the order, schedule the production, make the product, quality control and then send it back to New Zealand.
